At Colorful Colorado Photography, I want you to feel confident in every step of your purchase. Below you'll find detailed policies covering everything from print production and shipping timelines to returns and digital file usage. My goal is to ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience as you bring the beauty of Colorado’s landscapes into your space. Shipping
Prints are shipped within one to three (3) business days and will arrive within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Of course this does not take into account any problems with the shipping company, weather related issues, or other "Acts of God" situations.
Custom order delivery times are answered in the next question.ee item details for estimated arrival times.
Payment options
Secure options via Stripe for accepting payments with Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. I also accept Paypal.
Returns & exchanges
Purchasing Fine Art on line can be a difficult process since you cannot visualize this in your home or office. This is why I have a "No Questions Return Policy". If you are not satisfied with your print for any reason, please let me know via email at [email protected] and I will do my best to correct the situation or issue a refund. I must be notified within eleven (11) days of delivery of the print AND the return of the print must be made within thirty (30) days of purchase. Note: This return policy does not cover special, custom, or digital orders.

Privacy policy
Chip Thomas Photos/Colorful Colorado Photography only uses information provided within the transaction to fulfill your order. This includes your name and shipping address.
I do rely on the information provided to fulfill your order, determine applicable taxes (if necessary), settle disputes and provide customer service.
The privacy of your information is very important, and will only be shared with my stated vendors, if necessary, to complete your order.
I retain your information only as long as necessary to complete your order. Unless you request to take part in my newsletters, then your address remains on file with me until you notify me otherwise.
You have the right the request access, change, restrict, or delete the information I hold about you by contacting me through my contact page or emailing support@colorfulcoloradophotography. These requests will mostly be granted except for those where data must be retained for legal issues.
